3️⃣ Plank hold with Pilatring squeeze (core)

  • Get into a plank position
  • Hold the Pilatring between your hands
  • Squeeze the ring during the hold
  • 3 sets of 30 seconds

4️⃣ Chest squeeze (upper body)

  • Stand or sit upright
  • Hold the Pilatring in front of your chest
  • Slowly squeeze the ring
  • 3 sets of 15 reps

5️⃣ Overhead ring squeeze (arms & posture)

  • Hold the Pilatring above your head
  • Squeeze inward in a controlled motion
  • 3 sets of 12 reps
